About the Role

Responsibilities
- Product Leadership: Identify significant opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with broader organizational goals.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
- Project Management: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
- Product Development: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
- Team Leadership: Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources, and guide the team through key milestones.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of product management or related industry experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in product management or product design.
- Experience working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team.
- Experience delivering technical presentations.
- Experience analyzing complex, large-scale datasets and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience gathering requirements and developing them into a product solution.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
