About the Role:
As an Account Program Manager, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Account Business Units and Optum Insight Operations teams to ensure organized and successful service delivery to our Managed Professional Practice (MPP) clients. You’ll hold in-scope client pillars accountable for executing delivery according to the established model, including integration/transformation, revenue performance, and efficiency planning.

Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Drive program-level strategies, design, planning, and execution of transformation/integration, vendor, and staffing initiatives to facilitate delivery across all stages for MPP clients.
- Performance Management: Ensure accountable teams deliver against financial and operational performance targets.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Integrate and align stakeholders to the standard delivery model/framework.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop client-specific Smartsheet reports and dashboards.
- Governance: Establish and manage internal and external cross-pillar governance structures and meetings.
- Collaboration: Drive cross-functional collaboration among Account, Integration/Transformation, Operations, and other teams.
- Team Building: Develop and run onsite team sessions to foster collaboration and drive program initiatives.
- Communication: Maintain a solid executive presence with strong communication skills.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify program risks and manage risk mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of program management, project management, leadership, and/or operational management experience in a matrixed environment.
- Healthcare Industry Experience: Proven experience in the healthcare industry.
- Program Management Expertise: Experience in program management of onboarding and integration phases of Revenue Cycle Management and one of the following: Care Management, IT, Analytics.
- Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of program and project management methodology, best practices, and tools.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Smartsheet or applicable Project Management technology experience.
- Program Management: Experience in onboarding and integration phases of Care Management, IT, or Analytics.
- Implementation Experience: History and experience in large-scale client implementations and/or programs.
- Leadership: Proven ability to simultaneously work on multiple initiatives and lead project resources.
- Communication: Proven ability to present to executive leaders and all other levels within the organization.
