About the Role
As a Remote Applications Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SaaS product and providing exceptional technical support to our clients. You’ll troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the product.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving issues related to our SaaS product.
