About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face of Whop, providing exceptional support to our users and creators through live chat on Intercom. You’ll troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide them through our platform, ensuring they have a positive and productive experience.

Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for users and creators, managing inquiries via Intercom.
