Job Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, working closely with the CEO and other team members to manage administrative tasks, ensure projects run smoothly, and maintain a high level of organization.
You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, communication, and content management, playing a vital role in our day-to-day success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage documents, spreadsheets, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Calendar Management: Maintain the CEO’s calendar and the company-wide calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the CEO and project manager to add, manage, and prioritize tasks and projects in ClickUp.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and utilize AI to create summaries with action items, assignees, and due dates.
- Content Management: Assist in managing and organizing large video files, photos, and other content for social media.
- Technical Support: Handle the uploading and downloading of large video footage files.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Social Media & Video Savvy: A strong understanding of social media platforms and familiarity with video production is essential.
- Excellent Communication: Impeccable English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Project Management: Experience with ClickUp and Slack is a must.
- Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe products, as well as basic graphic design skills, are a plus.
- Agency Experience: Prior experience working in an agency environment is desirable but not required.
