About the Role:
As a New Graduate Recruiter, you’ll be the driving force behind our efforts to attract and hire recent graduates, particularly Registered Nurses, into our training programs. You’ll collaborate with nursing leadership, build relationships with partner schools, and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Participate in the development and execution of a local strategy to ensure campus recruitment goals are met.
- Requisition Management: Actively manage a requisition load and hire candidates into positions, meeting monthly and annual targets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with local executives and nursing leadership to provide reporting, analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with partner nursing schools through campus visits, career fairs, and other events.
- Candidate Engagement: Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in campus recruitment, specifically for nursing, is highly preferred.
