Qualifications:
- Experience: 14+ years of public accounting experience, with a proven track record of leading client engagements and managing tax teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- Certification: CPA is required.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of tax professionals.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including expertise in areas relevant to the firm’s clientele.
