Requirements

• High School diploma with 3 years of cumulative experience OR
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR
• 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
• Experience as an architect, analyst, builder, or implementer in one or more clinical systems such as Epic, Oncology, Ambulatory, Credentialing, Pharmacy, Senior Living, Voice Recognition, Patient Throughput, Care Management, Population Health, or Home Health
• 3 years of experience preferred, with 5 years strongly preferred
• 1 year of leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare information systems architecture
• Excellent communication skills suitable for remote collaboration
• Self-discipline and ability to work independently from a home office
