About the Role:
At Rocket Money, we view our CRM program as an extension of our product. With over 200 triggered campaigns, we’re constantly experimenting and iterating to find the best ways to connect with our members. As a CRM Associate, you’ll work closely with CRM leadership and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, measure results, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve our strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support CRM leadership by executing campaigns in Braze and measuring results in Amplitude.
- Audience Management: Manage audience segments, set up triggered campaigns across multiple platforms, and create customer journeys within Braze.
- Data Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for iterative testing and improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the design team to develop creative assets and collaborate with other product teams to set up experiments and gather insights.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM.
About You:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or a related field. Experience with Braze or Iterable is a plus.
