About the Role:
As a Recruiter at Penn Medicine, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. You’ll partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You’ll also contribute to various HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts, staff development, and workforce planning.
This is a fully remote position with occasional on-site requirements for job fairs and other events. You’ll enjoy a flexible work arrangement, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to contribute to a world-renowned medical center.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Position Postings: Develop and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements and attract qualified candidates.
- Recruiting Strategies: Consult with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques and candidate pipelining.
- Recruiting Technology: Utilize recruiting technologies, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to streamline the hiring process and generate reports.
- Recruiting Methodology and Transactions: Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and the HR team to identify and select top talent. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and proactive feedback to managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
- Issue Escalation: Resolve issues and conflicts effectively, escalating complex matters to your supervisor as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred.
- Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
