About the Role:
As a Business Analyst within Shared Services, you’ll be responsible for developing reporting mechanisms, documenting processes, administering tools and systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting Development and Consulting: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Consult with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process Documentation: Document existing and new business processes, workflows, and systems, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and accessible.
- Tools and Systems Administration: Administer and maintain business tools and systems, ensuring optimal configuration and troubleshooting any issues.
- Solution Development and Implementation: Participate in the development and implementation of business solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Change Management: Develop documentation and materials to support the rollout of new processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a shared services or professional services environment.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with reporting tools and databases (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of business process documentation and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with ERP systems and other business tools.
