About the Role
As the SVP of Warehouse Administration & Finance Operations, you’ll play a vital role in leading and developing a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business development initiatives. Your leadership skills, industry expertise, and commitment to client satisfaction will be essential in this role.

Essential Job Functions
- Team Leadership: Manage, supervise, and train onshore and offshore teams, setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and timely implementation of services.
- Business Development: Assist the team in developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to clients, including managing data, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient workflows and process improvements.
- Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school.
- Experience: 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, with 2+ years in a VP-level role or equivalent.
- Specific Experience:
- Experience managing large mortgage warehouse financing operations teams.
- Experience overseeing project teams.
- Technical Skills:
- ProMerit and WLS expertise preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage business.
