About the Role:
As the Receptionist and Facilities Associate, you’ll be the face of Imagine Learning, creating a warm and welcoming first impression for employees and visitors. You’ll manage reception duties, handle mail and office supplies, and assist with facility coordination. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Reception: Greet and assist employees and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Validate parking for guests and employees.
- Mail Management: Check, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Prepare and send outgoing mail.
- Suite Security: Ensure the security and safety of the suite by following established processes for guests and visitors.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist with meetings by securing conference rooms, coordinating supplies, and communicating with other departments.
- Facilities Management: Stock breakroom and coffee bars, monitor inventory, and assist with catering setup and coordination.
- General Support: Answer and direct general facilities and office-related questions. Serve as backup to the Corporate Facilities Manager.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of front desk or office experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools like Zoom and Slack.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 40 lbs.
