About the Role

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for our G&A teams. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to our employer branding and onboarding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process for G&A roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across G&A departments, understanding their needs and advising on hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to track progress, evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the broader People team to develop employer branding strategies, execute employee engagement efforts, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to identify, engage, interview, and close top talent.
