About the Role:
As an HR Administrator at CHSS, you’ll be an integral part of Scotland’s leading health charity, providing support to people with chest, heart, and stroke conditions and Long Covid to live life to the full again.
You’ll play a key role in supporting and advising on various aspects of human resources functions, ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and effectively supporting the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Advice & Support: Provide first-line advice on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Compliance: Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Lifecycle Administration: Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Positive Work Environment: Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in HR administration is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations in Scotland.
