About the Role:
As an HR Leave Administration Analyst, you’ll be a crucial part of our HR team, providing expert support and guidance on all aspects of leave administration. You’ll partner with colleagues across HR functions, as well as employees and managers, to ensure that leave requests are processed efficiently, policies are adhered to, and employees receive the support they need during their time away from work.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with HR teams, Payroll, Rewards, Recruiting, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partners to resolve employee and manager inquiries regarding leave benefits.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Counsel employees and managers on leave policies, providing accurate information and guidance on pay deductions, medical certification requirements, and return-to-work procedures.
- Process Leaves of Absence: Process all long-term absences, determine eligibility for various leave programs (including FMLA and temporary disability), and provide employees with timely notifications.
- Understand Global Leave Policies: Maintain knowledge of different leave policies across various countries and their operational impact.
- Execute HR Transactions: Review, execute, and audit HR transactions related to leaves within the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with Benefits: Collaborate with the Benefits team to launch new or amended leave programs as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Work on compliance matters related to leaves, ensuring adherence to local legislation and completing necessary filings and payments.
- Provide Backup Support: Act as a competent backup for other team members, demonstrating a deep understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize HR systems and applications, including Workday, to complete daily responsibilities.
- Conduct Audits and Implement Improvements: Perform periodic audits and reconciliations, build and follow proper controls, and continuously identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
- Foster Collaboration: Connect with peers within the team and across regions to share best practices, ideas, and solutions.
- Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain clear and up-to-date process documentation.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or another business or corporate operations team
- BA/BS Degree, MBA (HR) preferred
