About the Role:
As a Remote Supply Chain Analyst – Lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate procurement of tools and other direct costs (ODCs) throughout the year. You’ll collaborate with program leads, technical points of contact (TPOCs), and government stakeholders to manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to tracking deliverables and managing inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Procurement Support: Support timely and accurate procurement activities throughout the year.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit Procurement Reports, including information and status updates on active, upcoming, and projected requisitions for information (RIPs).
- Collaboration: Participate in discovery meetings with program leads, TPOCs, and government stakeholders to gather requirements for upcoming procurements.
- Compliance: Implement purchasing processes in compliance with Task Order (TO) requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) practices.
- RIP Management: Draft and submit RIPs for review and approval.
- Vendor Management: Work with vendors to manage property accountability, license acceptance, and maintain inventory of licensing and warranty information.
- Cost Management: Collaborate with the program control team to support accruals, customer cost projections, and internal cost accounting requirements.
- Funding Tracking: Track procurement activities against available funding and request additional funding as needed.
- Legal Review: Work with GovCIO’s legal department and procurement team to review End User License Agreements (EULAs) for software procurements.
- Purchase Requisitions: Interface with corporate resources to submit purchase requisitions for approval and track purchase order submissions to vendors.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent with 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Experienced with and working knowledge of FAR, TAA compliance, RFQ processes, price justification, and utilizing Costpoint for purchase requisitions.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust Suitability clearance.
