About the Role:
As a Human Resources Generalist II, you’ll be an integral part of our HR team, providing support and guidance across a wide range of HR functions. You’ll collaborate with employees and managers, administer HR programs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
- HR Program Administration: Administer various human resources plans and programs, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, and performance management.
- Employee Relations: May handle employee relations investigations and counseling, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.
- Compensation & Benefits: May assist in the design and implementation of total compensation programs and analyze current benefits offerings to identify areas for improvement.
- Policy Development: Draft policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations, company culture, and best practices.
- Compliance Reporting: May assist in preparing the Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, Vets-100, and other compliance reports.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in the field (or commensurate experience).
- Clearance: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance.
