💼 Tips to Land Your Remote Job at Meta

1. Demonstrate autonomous task management

Companies hiring for remote roles look for professionals who deliver without constant supervision. Highlight projects completed independently and goals achieved without micromanagement.

2. Set up a productive workspace

You don't need a full room to work well from home. A dedicated corner with a sturdy desk, ergonomic chair and good lighting is all it takes. The key is to physically separate your work space from your rest space.

3. Take care of your mental health while working remotely

The isolation of remote work can affect well-being if left unmanaged. Schedule time for social interactions, take regular breaks and avoid eating in front of your computer.
