About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant at NXP, you’ll be a crucial partner to key R&D executives, ensuring their schedules are optimized, their communication is seamless, and their administrative needs are met. You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare documents, and handle a variety of other tasks to support executive productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule & Communication Management: Manage executive calendars, prioritize emails and phone calls, and prepare documents for meetings.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, such as drafting emails, memos, and communications on behalf of the executive.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Accounting Support: Perform minor accounting duties as needed.
- Reception: Answer phone calls and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting administrative functions at the executive level.
- Industry Knowledge: Current experience in a semiconductor or technology company is preferred.
