HigherRing is offering an excellent remote work opportunity for a Client Specialist – Executive Assistant (EA) position, allowing qualified professionals to support client CEOs entirely from home.

As a remote Client Specialist – Executive Assistant at HigherRing, you’ll play a key role in helping to keep client CEOs organized, efficient, and moving forward from your home office. Working remotely, you’ll support executives with tasks such as CRM pipeline maintenance, running small projects, and potentially acting as gatekeeper of the CEO’s time while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based position.

This part-time, non-exempt home office position requires daily meetings with client CEOs to help organize them and direct their attention to priority areas, assist with travel planning and coordination, and help manage email and calendars. You’ll also provide business development support through research, moving deals along the sales process/pipeline, and reaching out to previous customers.

The ideal candidate must be a positive, energetic self-starter and problem solver who is comfortable taking initiative and exercising judgment to manage and execute the work of client CEOs. Activities

  • Conduct daily meetings with client CEOs to discuss priorities from your home office
  • Manage email by cleaning up, blocking/unsubscribing, filtering, and starring important items
  • Coordinate calendars and set up meetings for executives while working remotely
  • Maintain CRM sales pipelines and send out sales emails
  • Follow established sales processes to support business development
  • Handle mail filing and highlight actionable correspondence
  • Prepare for internal team meetings and support presentation development

Requirements

  • Fluency in oral and written English (second language is a plus)
