The Opportunity:
As a CX Agent, you’ll be the heart of our Customer Experience team, supporting clients and acting as their main point of contact for any questions or concerns. Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service environments, handling interactions via phone, live chat, and email.

- Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong customer support presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
