How You’ll Fit In:
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our HR team, ensuring seamless operations across critical functions. You’ll provide administrative support for HR systems management, staff training, recruitment, and employee record-keeping.
Your ability to balance multiple responsibilities, maintain impeccable organization, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail will be key to success in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- HR Systems Management: Learn and leverage company policies and practices, becoming a proficient user of our HR information and applicant tracking systems.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, complete employee action workflows, and generate regular and ad hoc reports.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, time and attendance, hiring processes, and company policies, with the support of HR staff and the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with talent acquisition functions, including interview scheduling, resume review, and candidate screening.
- General Administrative Support: Provide broad support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, maintaining shared drives, and other special projects.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive business matters, data, and documents.
What You’ll Bring:

- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience providing HR administrative support or equivalent educational experience.
- Technical Skills: Expertise with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service orientation, flexibility, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
