As a Conflicts Attorney, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the firm adheres to the highest ethical standards. You will conduct thorough reviews of new business engagements and potential hires, identifying and resolving any conflicts of interest that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Review: Thoroughly analyze all new business engagements to identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest.
- Conflicts Resolution: Utilize internal and external databases and collaborate with partners, lawyers, and business services colleagues to resolve potential conflicts of interest effectively and promptly.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conflicts resolutions in the firm’s database to ensure data integrity and facilitate future conflict checks.
- Compliance Support: Assist lawyers and staff in understanding and adhering to the firm’s new matter intake, conflicts, anti-money laundering, and other compliance procedures.
