About the Role
As a Lease Admin Analyst, you’ll be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients, ensuring that operating expenses are in accordance with lease terms. You’ll also perform audits, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and support client needs.

What You’ll Do
- Reconciliations: Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease clauses.
- Audits: Perform basic audits for lease administration clients, requesting additional information and recommending actions for recovery.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of findings, ensuring accurate credits and charges are recorded.
- CAM Reconciliation Support: Assist in the preparation of CAM reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Contract Review: Review contracts to identify fees, including audit savings and travel reimbursements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Skills:
- Analytical skills with the ability to solve standard problems and make judgments based on information analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
