About the Role:
As an IT Administrative Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our IT team, ensuring our technology processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Team Support:
- Organize and manage the IT team’s schedules, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prepare and share meeting agendas, minutes, and essential documents.
- Maintain IT department files, records, and databases.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist with IT project planning and tracking.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and maintenance.
- Track and manage IT equipment inventory, supplies, and software licenses.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create, update, and organize IT documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Generate reports on IT activities, asset management, and project status.
- Communication:
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding IT-related matters.
- Collaborate with team members, vendors, and other departments to facilitate communication and problem resolution.
- Technical Support:
- Provide basic technical support to staff, including troubleshooting common IT issues.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up and deactivating user accounts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an administrative, customer service, or operations role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
