Essential Job Functions:
- Client Support: Handle day-to-day client needs, including uploading data, determining loan eligibility, identifying errors, and executing fundings, margin calls, servicing updates, and loan settlements.
- Operational Excellence: Provide direct operational support to clients, aligning their business needs with technical and operational solutions.
- Client Presentations: Participate in and provide feedback on prospective client presentations.
- Task Management: Manage tasks related to warehouse financing in ProMerit.
- Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with clients via conference calls, Zoom meetings, and email.
- Coordination: Coordinate meetings, send out meeting planners, and take notes on calls.
- Data Analysis: Utilize ProMerit and other tools to analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with offshore resources and the marketing team to ensure seamless client service and support.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school.
- Experience: 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience.
- Knowledge:
- Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business.
- ProMerit technology platform or ability to learn quickly.
- Residential and commercial mortgage warehouse facility structures.
- Mortgage-related products and funding structures.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- ProMerit proficiency preferred.
- Understanding of ADO, WLS, and SQL coding a plus
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated, problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to build morale and group commitments.
