Activities/Responsibilities
- Build your own book of business and run a full life cycle recruiting desk.
- Use your own lead generation methodology to bring in new clients.
- Source the best talent available with the help of unique, top-of-the-line technology systems.
- Be the primary point of contact for your clientele.
- Deliver the best resumes, conduct thorough interviews on your client’s behalf.
- Negotiate salaries for candidates.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B sales OR 6 months of recruiting experience.
- College Degree (Preferred but not required).
- Love for people and building long-lasting relationships.
- Eagerness to build a career, not just find another job.
- Resourceful and enjoy research; Google is your best friend.
- Able to write professional emails and comfortable writing catchy ads.
- Insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen.
- Fascination or love of communicating with people (you don’t have to be a social butterfly, but you can’t be a wallflower).
- Ability to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
- Confidentiality skills, you will have substantial access to personal information of candidates and customers (including but not limited to address and contact information) as well as customer and company confidential information.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor for this position.
