Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
- Save verifications received from various sources (SFTP, fax, mail).
- Upload information to auditor SFTP sites.
- Attach verifications to files in audit systems.
- Mail Management:
- Print and mail letters daily.
- Data Entry and Processing:
- Generate letters in the online audit program.
- Enter premium basis information.
- Send agent letter emails.
- Communication:
- Respond to and manage various shared email accounts.
- Handle carrier cancellations and inform auditors of updates.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
