About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Data Capture and Validation: Capture and validate complex data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Document Processing: Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data inconsistencies.
- Research and Analysis: Research and examine issues, ensuring information is available for next steps in the process.
- Data Extraction: Conduct extra searches to extract accurate data and input it into the appropriate systems.
- Data Verification: Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data accuracy.
- Follow-up: Follow up on pending research documents and return electronic data forms to customers for additional information.
