About the Role
As a Customer Experience Agent at Ramp, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience. You’ll troubleshoot issues, provide product guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and identify areas for improvement.

What You’ll Do
- Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
- Collaboration: Partner with support leads, account management, product, and engineering teams to address customer needs and improve the product.
- Customer Advocacy: Be the first line of defense for our customers and the voice of the customer to the rest of the team.
- Support Channels: Handle support requests over the phone, email, and chat.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on the Ramp platform to provide effective customer support.
