Responsibilities:
- Provide contract and subcontract administration support, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing contract closeouts, drafting correspondence, and coordinating contract reviews.
- Assist in the drafting and review of critical agreements, including subcontracts, modifications, non-disclosure agreements, and other contract documents.
