About the Role:
As a Remote Administrative Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing the initial intake phase of the medical review process for disability cases. You’ll log cases, ensure accurate tracking in the CRM database, and assist in collecting medical reports and other evidence to support the MRT’s disability denial or approval recommendations.
This is a full-time, remote position with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission.
Responsibilities:
- Case Intake: Receive and log incoming disability cases, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain case information in the contracts management database (CRM).
- Evidence Collection: Assist in collecting medical reports, records, and other evidence related to claimants’ physical or mental impairments.
- Process Improvement: Identify and design process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the confines of the contract.
- Data Migration: Analyze existing manual data migration processes and adapt automated processes when appropriate.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality, ensuring 90% or better accuracy in all case reviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience working in an office environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience working within multiple databases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), and PDF Editor/SharePoint.
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in healthcare analytics or IT fields.
- Familiarity with SSA or disability case review, healthcare data analysis, or medical record review analysis.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
