About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant at Maximus, you’ll be the backbone of our leadership team, managing complex schedules, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating seamless communication. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be instrumental in supporting our executives and driving our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other C-Suite executives.
- Calendar Management: Manage complex and critical scheduling, ensuring efficient time utilization and resolving conflicts.
- Communication: Prioritize and organize emails, ensuring effective communication flow.
- Operational Efficiency: Support day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
- Event Planning: Take the lead on rhythm of the business planning, coordinating logistics for company events, board meetings, and leadership meetings.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the Recruiting & Talent team with light clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably at a venture-backed technology startup.
- Technical Skills: Expertise with G-Suite applications is required; experience with Ashby is a plus.
