About the Role:
As a Sales Solutions Advocate, you’ll be the voice of C Spire, providing personalized support and guidance to our customers. You’ll leverage your extensive product knowledge to identify their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure their complete satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in achieving monthly sales goals and contributing to the company’s overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Consistently deliver differentiated and personalized customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sales Achievement: Achieve monthly sales goals by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate technology solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of C Spire’s products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends.
- Customer Satisfaction: Exceed organizational customer satisfaction standards by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Two years of business or related work experience in a sales environment where sales goals were met or exceeded.
- Education: High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Technical Requirements: A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales and customer experience metrics.
- Phone Sales Experience: Experience in sales via the phone or another fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Higher Education: A four-year college degree is preferred.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- Remote Work: This is a fully remote position, requiring a distraction-free environment to handle inbound calls and customer interactions.
- Computer Use: Must be able to sit for long periods and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays. Shifts start between 11 am-1 pm CT.
