Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the retail industry? ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a High Volume Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity, with the flexibility to work on a hybrid schedule in select locations if needed.
In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your recruiting expertise and exceptional communication skills to manage large-scale recruitment needs for our retail clients. You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their unique requirements, and source, screen, and select the best candidates to drive their success.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
- Candidate Engagement: Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- High-Volume Recruitment: Efficiently manage a large volume of requisitions, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of client needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- OR 2 years of experience working in a retail environment and 3-5 years of overall recruiting experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work on-site in one of the following locations if needed on a hybrid schedule:
- Basking Ridge, NJ
- Alpharetta, GA
- Irving, TX
- Schaumburg, IL
- Denver, CO
- Irvine, CA
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- ATS Experience: Familiarity with Workday or other applicant tracking systems.
