We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Off-boarding Specialist to help ensure a smooth and respectful transition process for agents and staff exiting the company.
Position Summary:
The Offboarding Specialist plays a critical role in managing the separation process for agents and staff. This includes handling communications, deactivating access, and ensuring proper documentation and data entry are completed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and able to maintain a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the offboarding process for agents and staff
- Conduct virtual exit communications with professionalism and empathy
- Process and track offboarding details accurately in Google Sheets and internal systems
- Ensure timely removal of system access, logins, and platform credentials
- Update and maintain internal records with strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with leadership, compliance, and tech support as needed
- Identify recurring trends or issues and suggest improvements to streamline the process
What You Bring:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
