Accounting Manager – Private Client Services (Remote)
Role Overview
This position is part of a specialized financial services team supporting high-net-worth individuals and families. The Accounting Manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and team leadership, while also contributing to estate and tax-related initiatives. The role is fully remote and requires a strong foundation in accounting, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of accountants to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Manage full-cycle accounting for complex client entities, including trusts and investment vehicles. Oversee cash flow, bill pay, payroll coordination, and investment tracking. Prepare and review personal financial statements and customized financial reports. Coordinate with tax and estate planning professionals to support client needs. Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
