Position Summary
The company is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead its commercial growth efforts across the U.S. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling the sales function, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving new business across enterprise brokers, carriers, and MGAs. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, including hiring, training, and performance management Drive new business development with large and mid-sized brokers, carriers, and MGAs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product positioning and support marketing initiatives Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in strategic partnership discussions Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the insurance ecosystem
Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts Proven success in selling platform solutions within the P&C insurance, insurtech, or SaaS sectors Established network of brokers, carriers, and MGAs Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience with companies such as Clara Analytics, Coalition, Federato, Gradient AI, Guidewire, or Duck Creek Technologies is highly desirable
