Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles within the Commercial business unit
- Partner closely with business leaders and Talent Business Partners to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines
- Utilize creative direct sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
- Negotiate offers to ensure competitive and equitable hiring outcomes
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the ATS, ensuring data integrity
- Use data analytics to track recruitment metrics, report results, and identify areas for process improvement
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and uphold brand integrity throughout the recruitment process
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Monitor team KPIs and align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive recruiting issues
- Contribute to cross-regional initiatives such as process improvements, system enhancements, and employer branding efforts
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition leadership to refine workflows and enhance internal mobility strategies
Requirements
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- At least 1 year in a people leadership or team mentoring role
- Proven success in recruiting for commercial or client-facing roles, preferably in a global environment
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Ceridian/Dayforce experience preferred
