Your primary focus will be ensuring customers utilize the Connecteam app effectively, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Working hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm, with one shift of 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers through various communication channels to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Deliver fast, efficient service while maintaining high performance standards
  • Handle incoming tickets and prioritize effectively to ensure clients receive the best service
  • Educate clients on best practices in Connecteam according to their specific business needs
  • Troubleshoot and solve day-to-day problems to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide live feedback to the Customer Success team regarding missing capabilities, feature requests, and time-consuming issues

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role or client-facing environment
  • Experience providing support in writing (ticket-based support)

  • Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new software and platforms
