Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with health insurance questions
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support for enrollment tools

Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for training

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet connection
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet providers, satellites, Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi adapters
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
