Key Responsibilities
- Process information received on service requests and dispatch calls using various communication methods
- Deploy service resources to best meet member needs while optimizing efficient use of those resources
- Monitor status of calls and initiate action to solve problems and provide timely, quality service
- Maintain frequent and timely communications with drivers on the status of dispatched calls
- Maintain close communications with service facilities and notify them of any driver contact issues or problems
- Respond to and take immediate action to resolve service problems reported by members and drivers
- Collect data and provide assessment on facility/driver cooperation and performance
- Perform all duties of a Member Service Counselor-AS when necessary
- Coordinate Roadside Assistance Program (RAP) call details with external agencies (Enterprise, Hertz, Lexus, etc.)
- Collect and document specific information required to process RAP road service calls
Requirements
Professional Experience
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Experience in high-volume call center environments
- Background in logistics, transportation, or roadside assistance is a plus
